LEVEL – Consumer/beginner through early Professional
This highly-interactive, hands-on roast class will give participants the unique opportunity to design and execute a roast plan on two different roasters. Instruction by two Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Certified Roasters and Licensed Q Graders will include a brief overview of roasting principles, what to consider when creating a roast plan, how to execute a good sample roast, and how to properly analyze the roast afterward. No prior roasting experience necessary.
