This class will dispel common misconceptions and broaden your knowledge of this most international coffee preparation technique. How to grind, tamp, calibrate and, the ultimate arbiter, taste the finest espresso possible. What four factors make great espresso? What words do you use to describe that viscous nectar? What are the parts of an espresso machine and, finally, how can you pull that perfect shot?
