PRIVATE ROAST CLASS – 2 hours - $300 – Includes roasted coffee from class
For groups up to 6 people
Designed to provide a fun and intimate roasting experience for a small group of friends or colleagues. Groups will choose their own single origin coffee and discuss—with the guidance of instructor and Roast Master, Nicki Amouri—how they want to roast it. Groups will then be actively involved in conducting their own manual roast on our Diedrich IR-12--our main production roaster.

PRIVATE DRINK CRAFTING AND LATTE ART CLASS – 2 hours – $400
For groups up to 8 people
This class provides a fun, interactive experience for up to 8. Great for corporate team building or for having a unique afternoon or evenings with friends. In this class you will extract espresso, expertly texture milk, and master the pour to craft quality lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty coffee beverages. After learning to successfully craft these delicious beverages, your group will learn how to pour industry standard latte art designs like the ‘tulip’, ‘heart’, ‘rosetta’, and maybe even a swan or bear. Hosted by Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer and Barista John Asman, this private experience is hands-on and action packed!
