The modern-day coffee roaster is a complex machine! Ever wondered how we got there.. and what all was considered in the process? In this class, we will attempt to start from scratch and envision how we would design our own roaster to make the best batch of coffee possible! Note: Although this class will be highly interesting and engaging, it will not entail any actual coffee roasting. Look out for future classes for hands-on roasting.
