Learn how to taste, evaluate, and enjoy coffee as the professionals do—with a spoon! We will talk about origin characteristics and sensory analysis—then move into the silent exercise of cupping the coffee—and finishing with a talk about flavor notes. Absolutely no experience necessary, simply an opportunity to taste great coffee with friends in the community!
